• Auth.js session — admin sign-in only (essential, not public).

• Analytics (/api/analytics/hit) — only if you accept statistics in the banner.

• resto_aid — visitor id for analytics (set only after accepting statistics).

Likes, share recording and live counters remain available without analytics consent (user-initiated actions or aggregated totals).

Processors

Email: Resend. Hosting: private server (Coolify). Video embeds: YouTube-nocookie / Vimeo when you view a listing.

Retention and rights

Contact messages: for as long as needed to handle them. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Traffic stats: per our internal aggregation. Access, rectification, erasure or objection: table@lachope-ilot.be. Belgian authority: Data Protection Authority (APD), Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels.
